Ashfold have been appointed to oversee the construction tender and contract administration of project in two parts, already scoped under the supervision of the client.
Located on the ground floor of a residential block, Poplar Union is a multidisciplinary communal, social and creative space situated between the Limehouse Cut Canal and Bartlett Park.
The first phase of the renovation has seen the conversion of the E5 Bakehouse, providing an open kitchen area so that the work being done by the bakers is now visible to customers.
The second phase will see the modification and reconfiguration of amenity spaces in order to provide additional meeting rooms for the community venue.
