Ashfold is the PM and EA with responsibility for delivery of the project at 11 Pilgrim Street on a day-to-day basis.

Project details

To maximise space and improve accessibility, this Blackfriars-based office block at 11 Pilgrim St will undergo a major refurbishment. The project started on-site in 2021. Along with reconfiguring the core and rationalising the ground floor, plans by Stiff + Trevillion include an extension on the top floor to provide an additional level of workspace, a brand new reception and completely new MEP installations

New amenity spaces will be provided by transforming the current roof plant areas into roof-top terraces and green spaces. Further enhancements include new cycle parking facilities and upgraded employee areas. These will include a radical transformation of the basement level to include new locker rooms and shower facilities.
