Having worked within the construction industry for 30 years, Martin is an accomplished project manager. He started work for Ove Arup and Partners and has since completed periods working for Stanhope, Savant and Buro Four.
Since July 2013, Martin has been Managing Director of Ashfold Management Services Limited. Ashfold allows Martin to develop his unique approach to projects, which combines experience with an ability to help clients deliver new opportunities in the built environment.
Working in collaborative teams, he enjoys overcoming issues and has developed strong project management skills that enable him to see projects through from inception to completion.
Martin has a good technical understanding of building design and has a pragmatic approach to projects.

She has undertaken the role of design and project manager on a range of industrial and hotel development projects.
Experienced at working overseas, where she has developed her interest and experience in sustainability, renewable energy, low carbon design principles and building energy assessment. Lindsay is trained to carry out thermal simulation of buildings, as well as BREEAM International assessments.
Martin met Lindsay whilst at Arup and subsequently employed her at Savant, on the new master plan for the British Museum.
Asif is an architect and project manager with extensive architectural practice management experience gained in key roles in leading architectural practices, including his own.
He’s currently working with Ashfold on a number of key projects, including the Smart Energy GP project in Tottenham Court Road.
Asif has a number of key skills, including Project Management, Bid Management, Project Administration and Design Assessment, which he utilises with Ashfold in dealing with their client requirements.
He also advises Architects on running individual projects and by office-wide CPD talks on the importance of applying best practice architectural management, using tried and tested tools
Keith Weston graduated from De Montfort University, Leicester in 1994 with an Honours Degree in Building Surveying and was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1997. Keith has worked within the industry for over twenty years, including at Edwin Hill, Povall Worthington and Edward Symmons & Partners.
Keith’s experience and day-to-day involvement covers a wide range of professional services, including project management, contract administration, development monitoring and acquisition/condition surveys. He maintains direct involvement in a broad range of projects. His attention to detail, combined with a hands-on, client focused approach, provides a high level of service on a comprehensive range of professional property and construction related activities.
Peter is an experienced senior manager with a successful 30-year track record in the construction industry.
His early career was with major construction companies, including 21 years with Laing as a planner before moving into project management in 1987. He has worked freelance since 2013.
At the strategic level, Peter understands complex projects and communicates the key issues in simple, understandable terms.
He is an industry-recognised expert and has worked on large and complex projects, including high-rise. Due to his experience and analytical and independent approach, he has provided delay analysis support to contract administrators, contractors and clients.
He has also acted as expert witness.
Since starting work over 30 years ago as a graduate trainee with Wimpey Construction, Mark has undertaken planning and programme management roles in the UK and abroad with a variety of major contractors, property clients and major sporting event organisers. In the construction sector he has undertaken senior planning roles with major contractors such as Laing, Laing O’Rourke and M+W Group supporting the delivery of projects across the construction spectrum from residential to high containment laboratories.
Working at Laing O’Rourke as the Head of Planning for London and the South, Mark was also seconded into LOCOG to lead the scheduling team in the delivery of the London 2012 Olympic Games. This programme management experience has been well utilised on other major sporting events since including the London2015 Rugby World Cup, Rio2016 Olympic Games and Pyeongchang2018 Winter Olympics.
Ian has over 30 years experience working in the built environment, including forming his own successful building services consultancy and working within international architectural and multi-disciplinary practices. Ian has delivered building projects of all sizes across every sector and he brings this wealth of construction industry experience to Ashfold’s project management team.
Within construction project management Ian offers a unique understanding of all aspects of design and contract administration; his thorough grounding as an engineer enables him to manage construction projects with a detailed understanding of the complexities of building funding, design and delivery, and the roles required of everyone in the client, stakeholder, design and construction teams.
Tom graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree. He is currently working towards chartered status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Over the past two years, Tom has gained valuable experience with Ashfold and TGA Building Consultancy, working on a comprehensive range of professional property and construction related activities. He maintains direct involvement in a broad range of projects and his clients’ appreciate his attention to detail and client focused approach.
Tom has a specific interest in the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in construction stemming from his previous background in 3D design and aspires to help clients with this increasingly important aspect of construction in the future. Tom’s experience and day-to-day involvement covers a wide range of professional services, including project management, contract administration and condition surveys.
